I replaced the heating element and the turbidity sensor. On the LG dishwasher I have, there is no thermostat or temperature sensor. Only the turbidity sensor, which apparently is the thermostat so it took me a bit to figure that out. Once replaced took about 2 runs to make sure everything was good to go! Read more
Replaced the Float switch assy. fixed the IE Error. Then the unit came up with an LE error. Troubleshooting this error said check connections. Check for obstructions... did both of those... Still had the LE error. Motor wasn't froze. Motor started spinning during the wash motor test if I gave it a little help. Next step said to replace wash motor... ordered and replaced. Still had an LE error. Next was replace PCB. Ordered and replaced... Still got the LE Error. Made no sense until I pulled it... Read more
The Rack Assembly is an OEM replacement part for LG dishwashers. It is the lower dish rack used to store and hold dishes during all wash cycles. Causes of a faulty rack assembly can be damage such as cracks or broken wires, especially after extended use or improper loading that puts excess strain on the components. Rack assemblies came ready to go. Simple process to just swap them out. Made sure to "harvest" any good parts that were left from the old racks in case I needed them for later. Don't think I can trust LG again! Read more
