After ordering the correct parts, I changed out both the switch and the motor start capacitor just in case. After cleaning the equipment, I then put everything back together. Was able to diagnose problem at AppliancePartsPros.com by entering the model #. This is apparently a common problem with this Refrigerator Replaced Light Socket Assembly, Lamp Reflector, Lamp Case and Lamp Cover. Also replaced the main circuit board (not sure if this was necessary).
