The Control Board is an OEM part specifically designed for LG refrigerators. It regulates cooling systems that maintain consistent temperatures in storage areas.

Causes of a bad Control Board can include degradation of circuit pathways from extended use over time, water leaks that infiltrate electronic components, or power surges exceeding durability. Dependable refrigerator operation hinges on a robust board.

Symptoms of a bad control board include:

• Erratic cooling and temperatures fluctuating between compartments
• Unfamiliar noises or vibrations originating inside walls
• Inability to achieve or maintain set temperatures

Replacing this genuine LG board restores the intended refrigeration performance. Optimized cooling cycles prolong food freshness. Clear ice production and dispenser functions also return with a new board. This LG replacement ensures continued reliable servicing and fits Sears/Kenmore models.
