When Microwaving food, the display panel would seem to act normal, but the typical microwave sound would be absent. No microwave action would occur. Eventually an F5 code would display. Problem was the upper door switch. Found it by opening up the cabinet, removing the display panel (1 screw and a couple of plugs) and testing all three micro switched with a meter. Very easy repair, conveniently there is a hatch on the bottom of my microwave that provides access to the turntable motor. You have to cut this hatch out of the bottom with a pair of wire cutters. Then you just remove the plug on the motor, the two screws and it will come right out. To reinstall the hatch you just rotate it 180 degrees and insert the two tabs into the slots on the bottom cover. You will need one small sheet metal screw to hold it down.
