The Ice Funnel is an OEM replacement part for LG refrigerators. It is a component located within the ice maker assembly that guides freshly made ice cubes from the mold out into the storage bin. The precisely formed ice funnel ensures ice cubes are directed efficiently into the bin, preventing jams or blockages.

So I read a number of the earlier posts regarding the required repairs and went forward with all those repairs. In short, I replaced the wiring harness, door switches, and bulbs. The problem still persisted so I went ahead and replaced the control board. That did the trick. So for my unit, LG LFX25960ST replacing all those components were required. It occurred to me that it was a fix I could handle on my own since it was a part unto its own. Therefore I looked up the part number found the website and ordered. Installation: took out the offensive part, replaced it with the new one and I once again had a viable dispenser. Read more
