After checked the cooling coil on the back of freezer showing ice built up around the coil, I thought defrost heater did not working that cause a lot of ice blocking cold air traveling. While waiting the new defrost heater, I plugged in refrigerator through a timer that off and on every 6 hours. I watched the video attached to the part schematic for the three parts that work the chute - there is a small motor/actuator and the flap itself (which includes the spring, so really didn’t need to order the spring additionally).
