The fridge is only about 2 years old and belongs to my 78 year old Mom. She didn't buy the extended warranty and a repair tech could not get to her for 4-5 days. We ordered a new basket and were able to pop the old, cracked one right out and slide the new one right into place. No tools needed! Read more
