Unfortunately, despite some dedicated efforts on the part Audrey Patrick and others, the problem was not solved. I replaced the door hinges, liner and gasket, but none of these solved what I believe is a flawed design. Thankfully, AppliancePartsPros generous return policy allowed me to pursue the repair without risking the cost of failure. My thanks to the company and to all those who were involved. Read more

Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. Ordered the roller and nut, reattached the nylon wheel that I found in the floor under the oven.This was the only website where I could find all of the parts detailed and so I knew exactly what to buy. Even the manufacturer's website didn't have this info. Read more
