Mdb-3 Parts

I knew from experience it was a clogged secondary filter. We keep a kosher kitchen and it's big enough to have 2 dishwashers......one for meat dishes and one for dairy dishes. The meat one tends to get clogged more than the other one, as it is dealing with animal fats that tend to leave residue inside the secondary filter. Followed video instructions and found out that screen was clogged, impeller broken, housing sliced open from bottom piece of impeller that had came off of broken impeller. within a few days new parts arrived and replaced and dishwasher is operating as good as new. Read more

Replaced the diaphragm in the pump ,and replaced the check valve ( The rubber flap in the check valve had deteriorated around edges so I replaced that as well.) I don't understand why you can't get the rubber flap. I guess they have you over a barrel with that. No fault to Appliance Parts Pros, its not out there that I could tell. Great prices and service. Ordered the new o-rings for the pump housing and main filter screen unit. Cleaned all water hardness and other debris out of all parts. Main filter and inside parts clogged with water hardness/limescale and other debris. The 3" wide round filter internal was completely clogged with debris and some of the filter holes we crystallized with water limescale. I pulled the dishwasher out and replaced the spray arm. Not hard at all. Took about one hour. Read more

My son fixed it. Problem was one of the spinner pieces had worked itself loose and jammed the large arm from freely spinning. Read more
