Found the control panel ribbon cable connection at the control board had damaged contact area that was not fixable. Replaced the control panel assembly and solved all problems. The control panel is not a repairable part. It is totally sealed assembly with its connecting ribbon cable captive to the panel. Replacement is the only option. Appliancepartspro was the lowest cost source for the panel and delivery was prompt. Read more

This cover protects the top of your dishwasher's silverware basket and helps keep utensils secure during wash cycles. This slide rail guides and supports the dishwasher rack as it moves in and out of the dishwasher tub. It provides smooth rolling motion and proper alignment for the dish rack during loading and unloading. Replace this part if your rack is difficult to pull out, doesn't slide smoothly, or comes off track during use.
