The dishwasher dispenser grommet is a small rubber seal that prevents detergent and rinse aid from leaking around the dispenser mechanism in the door. Located where the dispenser cup meets the door panel, it maintains a watertight seal during wash cycles. Replace if detergent leaks from the dispenser area, the grommet is cracked or missing, or cleaning agents don't dispense properly.
