The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose. I bought the dishwasher used and the control panel never fully worked. The countdown timer was non-functional, many of the buttons were unresponsive, and "start" needed to be pressed multiple times before the dishwasher would turn on. After a few months, none of the lights worked, and all the buttons stopped responding. This upper wash manifold distributes water to the spray arms in the top section of your dishwasher. It channels water flow to ensure proper cleaning of dishes in the upper rack. Replace when upper dishes don't get clean or water pressure to top spray arms is weak.
The control panel on the front of our dish washer stopped responding; lights were on, but only one button worked. After finding the model, and then the part on the site, I ordered the replacement. I removed all the screws from the inner door, then the two screws holding the control board. The front panel had a ribbon connector on the control board; simply unplug and slip through the front slot, removing the panel. New panel slipped on and plugged in, everything screwed back together, all fixed. Read more
