Kit includes more than shown on picture. New kit is for both plastic and stainless tubs. Plastic tubs use only the float and the switch stainless tubs use all the parts.
I replaced the float switch. It was an easy enough repair. I didn't have to remove the dishwasher to do the work. The part is accessible from behind the front skirt. The only problem was there is not a lot of space to work in. Getting the fastener off and on requires a stubby nut driver. I used a flexible extension instead. I had to feel for the nut as the bottom of the door blocked my view. A ten minute job and the dishwasher is back in service (for half the cost of my local parts place) While... Read more
I wasn't sure if the problem was going to be the key pad or the electronic control board, so I ordered both parts. The key pad fixed the problem, so I will be returning the control board. I had a bit of concern because I wasn't sure how the ribbon cable connector worked, but it turned out to be pretty easy. You slide the top part of the connector back along the axis of the ribbon cable to take it apart. Insert the ribbon cable from the new key pad and just snap the connector back together. No... Tested starter capacitor at 2.16µF. pic: http://s29.postimg.org/e05fufxdz/IMG_20150716_140312.jpg It should be 15µF. pic: http://s29.postimg.org/x3yrasa87/IMG_20150718_112327.jpg Contrary to service manual, capacitor is not accessible behind the toe/kick-plate; it is underneath but all the way towards the rear. To get to it, the dishwasher has to be removed and positioned face-down (drain first, use towels/drop-cloth). Read more

Color: White.
I bought the dishwasher used and the control panel never fully worked. The countdown timer was non-functional, many of the buttons were unresponsive, and "start" needed to be pressed multiple times before the dishwasher would turn on. After a few months, none of the lights worked, and all the buttons stopped responding. I first replaced the handle, since it was also broken (the door was difficult to open) and there was a chance it wasn't registering the door as fully closed. The new handle... Read more
The control panel on the front of our dish washer stopped responding; lights were on, but only one button worked. After finding the model, and then the part on the site, I ordered the replacement. I removed all the screws from the inner door, then the two screws holding the control board. The front panel had a ribbon connector on the control board; simply unplug and slip through the front slot, removing the panel. New panel slipped on and plugged in, everything screwed back together, all fixed. Read more
