Ordered parts and watched the videos provided by AppliancePartPros. Some of the parts were for repair purposes(old and worn out) but the other parts ordered were to get the dryer to dry properly. I also ordered one additional part , the two coils, and the dryer is working like the first time I purchased it. To have a repair man to just come out and diagnose the problem was $100.00. After watching the videos online that Appliance Parts Pros provided, I decided to tackle the project myself. It was as simple as removing the door and front cover of the dryer and removing the drum. The seal had popped off of the plastic gasket, and due to the blower fan blades and the heat, it was not able to fit properly back on the unit. After spending a week researching new dryers (I was ready to drop the credit card down...) I pulled the unit apart and found the issue with the seal. After receiving the new part, it took me about 15 minutes to put the new one on... its a little tricky if you don't take the whole front apart. Disassembled the back cover, unplugged the touchscreen control panel, removed the front panel, and finally removed the top panel to access the exterior of the drum. I removed the old screws & installed the new baffles to the drum, then reassembled everything.
