A small top-panel screw used to secure the appliance's top or trim pieces so panels stay aligned and stable. Simple replacement for loose or missing fasteners to restore proper fit and reduce rattling or shifting. What it does:

• Fastens the top panel or trim to the appliance cabinet
• Keeps panels aligned to prevent gaps and reduce vibration noise
• Replaces stripped, missing, or rusted screws that cause loose fits
• Works with the original mounting hole and thread engagement

• Turn off power to the appliance and unplug before accessing panels
• Use the correct screwdriver or driver bit to avoid stripping the head
• Replace like-for-like: match screw length and thread to ensure secure fit
• If rust or thread damage is extensive, replace mating hardware or use a new captive fastener as needed
