This band is a replacement drum drive band that helps transfer motor power to the dryer drum for proper tumbling and rotation, restoring normal drying performance and reducing rubbing or slipping. What it does:

• Wraps around the drum to provide a friction surface for the drive motor to turn the drum
• Helps maintain consistent drum rotation for even drying
• Can reduce slipping, squealing, or intermittent tumbling when worn
• Supports smooth operation and prevents excessive wear on related drive parts

• One replacement band

• Disconnect power before beginning
• Inspect drum, idler, and motor for wear while replacing the band
• Use proper routing and tension per the appliance's service diagram to avoid slipping
• Do not overtighten; ensure secure seating before testing operation
