This rear panel replaces the back cabinet cover on compatible Whirlpool dryers, protecting internal components and helping direct vent airflow. It restores a secure, finished exterior and keeps wiring and controls shielded. What it does:

Taking off the dryer top was easy. The Maytag Epic Z front panel comes straight off if you push in the side tabs. (It's still a struggle, but you won't break anything.)
