I got the parts number from Home Depot (they were a great help), went online to search for the part. Ended up on your site got it within a couple days and installed it. The big thing about this is we just put our house on the market to sell and had an open house within a week and this happened. We paid the extra $25 to get it sooner and it was installed in no time and no one knew the difference. The only tough part were 2 screws that were a little difficult to get to.
