I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep. Replaced the element, took longer to remove the old element because of a stripped screw holding a cover over the element. The replacement took about 20 minutes. Read more
