Used a fluke volt meter to troubleshoot the gas range. Upon inspection one of the igniter switches was bad and the spark module was also bad. Ordered replacement parts from Appliance Parts Pros and changed them out. I followed the replacement instruction video for the spark module kit, but the igniter switch I had to figure out since the video for it was a different style of switch. Color: Gray. This is a set of two gas range double drip pans. This kit replaces black which is no longer available.
I ordered replacement drip pans & grates. My only problem is that my stove's color is bisque & I could only get drip pans in grey. The new grates match the old ones. The grey drip pans look ok; certainly better than the ones I had. Read more
Replaced the igniter. Used a volt meter to determine the igniter had a break in the wiring. Open vs short. Read more
Replace both and stove works great. OEM quality parts arrived quickly and worked perfectly. Read more

I searched for the right part that I needed and tracked it down to AppliancePartsPros.Com. I did call and speak to someone in customer service about what would I do if I received the glass door broken, and was told that it is packed well and that shouldn't happen. If it should happen you can return it to us, no problem. Well, 2 days later(with regular shipping) the box was delivered to my doorstep.
