Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new. This main top glide supports the dryer drum and reduces friction for smooth rotation, helping prevent drum wear and noisy operation. It replaces a worn glide to restore proper drum tracking and quieter drying cycles. What it does:
1. Turn oven breaker off. 2. Slide oven out from wall. 3. Remove top oven door. 4. Remove side panels from the oven. 4.a Remove screws from back of oven. 4.b Remove two screws that hold stove top. 4.c Slide stove top a few inches to unplug stove electrical plug.
