Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. The bearing on the motor was bad. I ordered a new motor and within a week it was fixed. This was probably a fraction of the price if I had to hire it done. It was very simple. I simply removed the rear cover, removed 1 bolt on the motor and pulled it out. I reversed the process once the motor arrived and started using the machine. Read more

Remove screws from the upper control panel and lay them on top of the washer. Remove corner screws from the front center panel with door. And drop down 4 Inches, to gain access to the hose, remove the clamp from the upper dispenser and remove the rubber hose from the drum, and replace it with a new hose. Reassembled. Read more
