If your washer won't agitate or spin, the drive motor may have failed. This motor powers the drum movement for washing and spinning cycles.
The bearing on the motor was bad. I ordered a new motor and within a week it was fixed. This was probably a fraction of the price if I had to hire it done. It was very simple. I simply removed the rear cover, removed 1 bolt on the motor and pulled it out. I reversed the process once the motor arrived and started using the machine. Read more
