Sliders broken from lower storage pan (drawer) and one front roller broken from pan cover (frame). Bought new pan and pan cover from Appliance Parts Pros and took 20 minutes to fix. Removed second from bottom drawer to access lower drawer pan cover. Removed old lower drawer followed by lower pan with glass. It was really easy. I found the part number using an online search, ordered the shelf and just inserted the ends into the holes in the freezer walls. Fortunately, I read on a question and answer forum that four end caps were also required. This detail was not listed in the shelf description so knowing this, I was able to order the caps along with the shelf and avoid having to place a second order once I got the shelf and discovered that I needed the end caps.
