Replaced a bad thermostat. The factory thermostat had a bad internal connection (one contact was loose) and that caused the insulation to melt with the eventual failure of the thermostat. I ordered the exact replacement part from "AppliancePartsPros.com" and quickly saved the cost of a new built in Microwave oven. Read more

I followed the video instruction on how to dissemble the bottom of the micro-convection to be sure it would be something I thought I could do (I'm a 60+ female who has never done anything of this sort before) and decided it looked simple enough.
