This coupling connects the motor to the transmission or pump in your appliance, transferring rotational power to drive the mechanical components. It's designed to break away if the system becomes jammed to protect the motor from damage. Replace it if your appliance won't agitate, spin, or operate properly, especially after a jam or overload.

I ordered this blender lid. It doesn't fit mine exactly (my blender is over 30 years old. Mine is wider in the mouth.), but this lid stretches enough to fit. My husband and I did the research and found that Appliance Pro's had the Bosch part. It was listed under their number so I had to find the actual Bosch part number but I was able to make it up to make sure it was the correct one. I ordered on Saturday and the part arrived Thursday.
