Ordered a new Pcb board. I popped the back off the display, took a of picture of the hookups. I ended up just disconnecting from the old board to the new board. The only sketchy thing was the ribbon connection. The new one wouldn't open far enough to slide the ribbon in. I broke a piece off the new one and it worked. However, I wouldn't recommend that.
