Disassembled washer, found that 2 out of the 3 basket support legs had cracked through. Unfortunately, support cannot be bought except as an assembly, so had to spend almost $300 for the part. After researching on line I was able to narrow down the problem to either the cold water of hot water fill valve. These valves are electronically controlled and can go bad thus causing the washing machine to not fill properly. Nf stands for "no fill". Opened the back of machine and saw that a mouse had eaten holes in all but one of the rubber hoses. Took the top off the machine for better access.
