While trying to remove tub seal hub (which came off in six pieces I call it a "TOUGH" hub) I accidentally cracked the outside tub. I have received the new HT transmission which came with a new tub seal kit PN W102119156. I ordered a seal kit when I ordered the transmission not knowing it came with a tub seal. Watched video online, ordered correct part and tool and followed the video instructions. Very clear instructions and advice to fix a problem with a part I had never heard of. I really recommend getting the spring removal tool as it made the job so much easier. Well worth the money spent. Read more

I had a lot of problems removing the spin hub, I had to use an air impact wrench to un screw it even then it was very hard, it did not go easy with the hammer & pipe wrench as shown in the video. It was also very hard to remove the bottom spin bearing I had to cut the bearing retainer with a dremel tool so I could get my puller on it.
