Went to chat and chose the two handles that were specifically for my model GE Profile Refrigerator. The items came in two days and the fix was super easy. I knew the problem was with the gears and / or the rails they ride on. You can't really tell until you take it apart. Turns out my right side track had a few damaged teeth towards the front. The door has to come off, it lifts right out from the metal slide, no tools needed for this part of the repair. Both baskets have to be lifted out. The plastic gards that go over the tops have retaining clips. Pry the old gears off off the metal slides with a sturdy flat screwdriver.The replacement gears... Read more
