The Surface Burner Holder is an OEM part for Bosch ranges and cooktops. It serves to securely mount and support both the surface burner assembly and gas orifices in place on the cooktop. 

Causes of a faulty or damaged burner and orifice holder can include wear from heavy daily cooking demands, broken mounting tabs due to impact or dropped cookware, or corrosion affecting the burner and orifice fittings over many years.
