It took more time to find the correct part than it did to make the repair. I took the Dairy Shelf out of the refrigerator door by lifting it up about 1 inch and pulling it out. The Dairy Door has two round tabs on it, one on each side, that fit into round cut-outs on the Dairy Shelf. Since the compressor was still working, I guessed that either the interior fan was bad or the main control board. Since fans are usually very reliable, I decided to replaced the main control board.
