I initially ordered the bottom rack that supports the crisper drawers which to my delight arrived much quicker than was stated. Using past customer reviews helped me immensely with removing parts from the old and installing to the new rack . Unfortunately I broke a shutter slide removing it,l called APC ( do not try to spread open the shutter slide it will break) I was connected with Robin H who was VERY helpful with my needs.
