This replacement front pan cover gasket seals the refrigerator evaporator/drip pan area to help control moisture and direct defrost water into the drain. Restores a proper seal to reduce leaks and moisture buildup under the pan. What it does:

• Seals the front edge of the evaporator/drip pan to prevent water from escaping the pan area
• Helps route defrost and condensation into the drain system to avoid pooling
• Reduces moisture accumulation that can cause odors or frozen drainage
• Commonly replaced when old gasket is cracked, hardened, or missing

• One front pan cover gasket

• Inspect surrounding pan and trim for damage before installing; replace any broken clips or retainers
• Clean mating surfaces and remove debris to ensure a full seal
• Gasket typically presses into a channel or secures with clips—no special tools required, but a flat tool can assist seating
• Disconnect power to the appliance before servicing to avoid electrical hazard
