Looked up in my appliance instruction book what and where to order from. Have to say it was very confusing on this site which one to order. Luckily when the glass shelf arrived it was the right one....although it was not an easy job getting the shelf out to put glass in. Service delivery was quick and price was surprisely low. I welded the auger first but it didnt seem to last. i then took the whole thing apart and found more worn parts so i ordered all of the parts i needed and replaced them. it now works like new. Read more
Ordered a new tray the first one came in crushed by shipping company. I contacted customer service sent pictures and they immediately sent a new one that day. Read more
