Look at videos on utube first. I didn't experience any broken tabs on the plastic inner trim as the guy did on the video ( about 7.30 min video). I placed a 1.5" putty knife between the trim and the door housing and found where each of the little tabs were. I then spread the housing and trim with the corner of the putty knife next to each tab and pried up slightly at the same time to disengage the tabs on the trim from the door.
