The plastic on the strike ice door was broken which caused cam to slip. CAUTION: when I removed assembly, I also removed swith and cover. This allowed water to enter switch and shorted it out when power was reapplied. My mistake. I ordered strike is door, switch and seal on Monday and all arrived on Friday. Replaced parts in about 30 minutes and all is working like new. PS: the prices and availabilty could not be matched by anyone else. Way to Go, Appliance Parts Pro!!! Read more
