When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts. There was a hole in the bottom of the bin. The new spiral was assembled and two new parts were replaced with help from the video and the diagram and the unit worked well. Paid a technician $80 to guess repair of $700-900. A mistake. Went to Appliance Parts Pros site, where people described exact symptoms, and replacement of control board and compressor relay. Purchased control board, compressor relay and overload. Parts to me in 1.5 days. Easy plug and play 30 minute repair job. Refrigerator now works perfect for half of repair tech estimate. Read more
