I checked your video online and found that it did not apply to my refrigerator, a GE Profile model. I wasn't sure if I needed to remove the bracket/escutcheon or not. The repair proved to be much easier once I removed the control panel (after first turning off the power), unclipped the wire harnesses, removed four screws holding the assembly and then took out the assembly. Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine.
