I checked your video online and found that it did not apply to my refrigerator, a GE Profile model. I wasn't sure if I needed to remove the bracket/escutcheon or not. Common theme on the blogs was thermistors and or defrost heater/thermostat. Ran self-diagnostics which turned on defrost heater which was fine.
