When I received clip from appliance parts pros.com, it was installed (by myself) and finally the kickplate was on within 1/2 hour of receipt! The only difficulty I experienced was a computer issue because my chat box dissappeared when I was chatting trying to locate the correct screw to use with this clip and inquiring about a handle replacement. I ended up spending my repair time trying to find a misc screw to fasten the clip on the kickplate. Read more

After removing the doors from the appliance, I separated the interior door face from the exterior door face using a nut driver to remove fasteners. At this point the old gaskets were removed & replaced with the new gaskets. The doors were reassembled with retaining lip of gasket fitting between interior & exterior door faces.
