Removed lower rear cover, compressor was very hot. This is usually a capacitor issue, but the schematic on the back of the unit shows a start/ run relay. For the low cost, I replaced both. parts were delivered in 2 days. The start/ run relay is mounted directly to the compressor. It slides on/ off with a little bit of prying. No fasteners. Noticed fridge was not cold. Thermostat read 38* after lowering it to try to get it colder. Freezer was working properly. Saw online that this would most likely be a evaporator fan issue. Checked and sure enough, back panel of fridge was cold but no air moving. Ordered the new fan and a replacement sensor (for $8 and a little insurance why not?). Got it next business day!
