Changed all sensors in the freezer and the fridge along with a new board. My guess in what the real issue was, ended up being related to the fridges "Thermal Fuse", since I found melted insulated tape on the defrosting coil. I first changed out the board and the sensors and it still failed to function. I then changed out the Thermal Fuses and the Start Relay along with the ice makers sensor. I then used a paint stripper heat gun to melt the ice build up caution should be used to keep the gun moving around as not to damage Wires,Eva,Sensor's. After 15 to 20 min of clearing frost I was ready to replace Drain Plate's & Thermal fuse's. When I had removed the old Defrost Thermal fuse's in the refrigerator & the freezer they looked different!
