Tested the power to the unit by turning on the cooktop portion and saw that I had power to all of the burners. Turned the selector knob to broil and saw that the top element would heat up. I then turned off the breaker to the unit. I then decided to take out the baking element to do a continuity test. When I touched it, a 1.5 inch section fell out. Silicone Oven Door Gasket About 44.5" Long. Cross Section Resembles '2'.
The oven element was measured and was a simple replacement. The gasket was a challenge, I pried the oven insert enough to inset the gasket. After struggling over an hour I finally installed it to my satisfaction. Only tore one corner during the install, but it is better than what I removed. Tested all the elements, they work.
