Customer Service was patient, thorough, and friendly. We ordered new Elements, mine rusted. New, more sturdy GE Burner Bowls than local stores. A new rod support. My stove cooks faster, cleaner, and I was informed what my drawer was for. I wanted a new stove to go with my new dishwasher that was only one of my multiple leaks, causing flooding that required a kitchen remodel and then some. I feel proud that I spruced this baby up. Very easy and straight forward. Remove 2 screws from inside door and 2 small locator screws. Replace one side, push handle into the new end and do the same on the other side. Great service and quick shipping. Great company. Read more

I had a question about the part number so I called and spoke with a rep who was very helpful,so I ordered the part and received it sooner than expected.Installation was easy, cleaned the broken glass from the channels, removed the door and installed the new glass and lower channel.The job took about fifteen minuets.
