I found Appliance Parts Pros in an internet search and cruised the site. I found the replacement broil element but still had some questions, so I contacted the support personnel by telephone. The woman I spoke to, Suzanne from Tennessee, was knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. I ordered up the part, and replaced the old element (the worst part of the repair).
