Ordered a new one from APP, which arrived within a week. Simple fix, nothing special. What IS remarkable is that within 5 minutes on the phone, the service agent from APP had identified the part and found it in the catalog. By contrast, I spent probably 25 minutes on the phone with Samsung Canada, whose agent had no idea what I was trying to order. The fix was pretty simple 2 screws and unplug the wiring remove the old latch and install the new one. It took about 5 minutes. All I needed was Phillips head screwdriver Read more
