This small metal clip secures the body side panel to the range frame. It snaps into place to hold panels firmly aligned and prevent rattling or looseness. Replace this clip if your side panel feels loose, shifts out of position, or if the original clip has broken or gone missing during a repair.

This is the trim piece that attaches along the bottom edge of the oven door, providing a finished appearance and helping seal the door panel. It is biscuit (bisque) in color. Replace this trim if it is cracked, warped, discolored, or missing, which can affect the door's appearance and insulation.
The hardest part of this repair was a) realizing that the easiest way to clean the oven door pieces is to remove the whole door and b) figuring out how to put the oven door back on. Doing (b) is infinitely easier if you stick two allen wrenches into the holes in the door hinge, but these holes ONLY appear when the door is fully open.
