Removed two screws in hinge side and removed shelf by gently rocking hinges top to bottom until they came loose from wall. There are two small tabs on top and bottom of hinge that had to be gently put into slot in wall. Put front hinge bottom in first and tightened screw until top tab was close to slot. Then backed off on screw and pushed top of hinge into slot. Tightened screw until everything was flush. Repeated on back hinge. There were no instructions with the new shelf but am quite sure...
