This tub support assembly holds the washing machine drum in place and includes the spin tube for water drainage. It replaces worn supports that cause excessive vibration, loud noises, or drum movement during operation. Install when your washer shakes violently, makes grinding sounds, or the drum feels loose.
I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. Replacement end pieces and bar, and correct socket drive machine bolts to attach it were purchased. We reused the old bar, because it was white and the replacement part was only in black. Oven door just pulled off, 5 screws and it came apart to reveal the bolt holes. 10 min and was done. Read more
Hose used from Pump to drain connector.
Followed the instructions to remove covers to machine. Found water a the back of the washer at the floor where the water valve/vacuum break is located. Ordered parts, replaced the parts and no water leak. The KitchenAid Washer and Dryer is 28 yeasrs old. Since the parts and instruction videos are easy to followed I ordered extra parts to rebuild the pair. Used for direct drive washing machines. Complete assembly includes 2 level mechanism links, 1 level mechanism spring, 1 knurled pin, 2 rear feet, 1 pad plate, 1 suspension plate, 1 base pad, and 1 suspension spring retainer.
I ordered a Base frame assembly and front leveling feet along with locking nuts. I removed the broken parts by putting the washer on its' side and I removed the bolts on the bottom of the back panel and removed the motor and the transmission. I installed the new feet onto the new base frame and i slid the new frame into place and then I reattached everything. Read more
